Reeling from the news of Grace’s death, Val takes comfort in a whirlwind romance. But her family’s demands for her time and attention soon start to put pressure on her new relationship. Overwhelmed by the constant demands on her emotions and struggling with her profound grief, Val starts to lose a grip on reality and is soon questioning whether there is anyone in her life she can truly trust with the murderous secrets of the past.
